Lida Kourita-Michalitsianou

My responsibilities include dealing with different applications, where I assist with the investment process and deal completion, including the co-ordination of legal and drawdown documentation and pre-drawdown credit checks.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the financial industry, I joined the Development Bank of Wales in October 2022.

Prior to the Development Bank of Wales, I worked as a motor finance underwriter at Black Horse Finance for over six years. Additionally, while living in Athens, I gained a vast experience within the banking sector while working for ATEbank - one of the biggest commercial banks in Greece.

During my time, I held different roles as I progressed through the bank and eventually was appointed manager in its customer service department.

I hold a BSc in Accountancy and MSc in Health Management from the University of Piraeus (Greece), Msc in Play and Therapeutic Play from the University of South Wales. I am currently studying towards a BSc Hons in History at the Open University, as I am a great supporter of lifelong learning.
