Gaby Hourmont

My role builds upon my experience in the finance industry, where I have been helping clients achieve their financial goals since 2019. I value building strong relationships, continuous learning, and bringing a positive approach to everything I do.

I joined the Development Bank of Wales in September 2026 and am based in our Cardiff office. Originally from the Algarve in Portugal, I studied Law at university before pursuing a career in finance.

Outside of work, I am an animal lover and enjoy spending time with my miniature dachshund, Romeo, who is never far from my side.
