I’m passionate about helping businesses across Wales access the funding they need to grow with confidence.

I joined the Development Bank of Wales in 2026, bringing extensive experience across sectors including corporate finance, infrastructure, property development and the care sector. 

A Chartered Accountant (FCA) trained with PwC, I’ve spent my career supporting businesses with debt and equity investment.

Before joining Development Bank of Wales, I was finance director at Cardiff Airport, working closely with Welsh Government on long‑term financial strategy and funding. It was an experience that strengthened my commitment to supporting Welsh organisations and the wider economy.
