Professor Yener Altunbas

As professor of Economics, Yener’s experience has ranged from an economist role in Etibank Banking Inc. in Turkey to a Research Fellow with the Business School at South Bank University, London. Yener’s research interests include the study of European banks, efficiency, stock market analysis, corporate governance, electoral studies, regional economics and urban economics.

Yener’s work also includes consultancy with European Central Bank and collaboration with colleagues at the International Monetary Fund.
