Stephen Jones

My role is to provide support and help Welsh businesses grow providing them with access to funding ranging from £100,000 to £10million. 

I am passionate in supporting local businesses and see them thrive.

I joined Development Bank of Wales in December 2024 as an investment executive, and I am situated in the Cardiff office.

Prior to joining Development Bank of Wales, I was a relationship manager at the Co-Operative Bank managing a portfolio of clients across South, West and Mid Wales.
