Thomas Owen

I support customers from across South Wales with existing micro loans. I aim to identify growth opportunities for these businesses through further funding and help with their individual needs.

I am based in our Cardiff office, and I joined the Development Bank in 2022. I started out in the Marketing department, before moving across to our Portfolio team in 2024.

I hold a degree in Business and Management Studies and an MBA with Marketing, which I achieved from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
