Our investment criteria

We are only able to support business and projects based in Wales.

Before we can help you, we'll need to see:

  • Copy of the planning permission for the project
  • Breakdown of the expected end values for the project once completed
  • Project cash flow and/or a breakdown of the project costings
  • Three years annual accounts
  • Summary of previous property development experience for all directors/key individuals associated with the project
