Anna Morgans

Anna joined the business in 2009 as Senior Strategy Manager and has worked on a number of key projects since that time including the development of the funds and services we offer as well as the transition of the organisation from Finance Wales to Development Bank of Wales in 2017.

In 2025 she was appointed Strategy Director and has responsibility for new product development, annual and corporate planning, our sustainability strategy as well as our research arm Economic Intelligence Wales.

Prior to joining the Development Bank, Anna worked as an Operations Director for a private equity fund marketing arm which included oversight of its offices in Malawi. Anna holds a degree in Economics and an MBA.
