Annie Wood

I am passionate about driving change to enhance team efficiency and improve user experience, with the goal of continually optimising service delivery.

Having previously held roles as Team Manager and Deputy Fund Manager within Help to Buy – Wales, I joined the wider Property Services Team as a Project Manager in 2023.

In my current role, I oversee the successful delivery of all Property Services Fund projects. This includes the implementation and ongoing improvement of case management, loan administration, and telephony systems across Help to Buy – Wales, Green Homes Wales, and Help to Stay.

I graduated in 2013 with a BSc Econ in International Politics from Aberystwyth University and have since pursued further qualifications in leadership and project management. Most recently, I achieved PRINCE2 Agile certification in 2024.
