I bring over 35 years of customer service experience from various industries including insurance and business support to Development Bank of Wales.

I joined the team in 2025, and I am based in the Cardiff office. My passion lies in connecting with our applicants and stakeholders to discover optimal funding solutions, which is tailored to their unique circumstances across our diverse portfolio of schemes.

We work with a variety of businesses and individuals with the Green Homes Wales Scheme initiative. I take pride in helping homeowners in Wales secure vital funding to implement eco-friendly practices contributing to a more sustainable future.
