Dylan Evans

My role involves sourcing and appraising investment proposals to small businesses within Wales at the start-up or growth stage of their journey.

I am based in our Cardiff office, and I joined Development Bank of Wales in September 2024 – which is my first permanent role within the financial services industry. 

I previously completed a 2-week work experience placement at Development Bank and an internship at Gambit Corporate Finance following the completion of my second year at university.

I graduated from The University of Exeter with a 2.1 in BSc Accounting and Finance.
