New application portal

Our new customer portal is coming soon.

If you're working on an application in our current system, you'll need to submit it before midnight on 16th September 2025.

If you don’t finish your current application before the switch, you’ll need to start over in the new system. Unfortunately, we can’t carry over any incomplete applications.


What’s happening to applications? 

As part of the Development Bank’s digital transformation, we’re launching a new customer portal for loan and equity applications. This new system will replace the current application process.

 

Benefits of the new portal 

  • 24/7 access: Access your active enquiries and applications at any time, day or night, for your convenience.  

  • Improved communication: Receive all your messages, updates, and notifications in one centralised location ensuring you never miss important information.  

  • Clear status tracking: Regularly check the status of your enquiry or application to stay informed about its progress. You can see the name of your dedicated portfolio executive and any updates or changes to your enquiry or application status.   

  • Online help: Access our Help Centre and dedicated support for any queries or issues you may encounter with the portal.   

  • Secure and private: Rest assured that your personal and financial information is held securely and responsibly. We use safeguards, including encryption, to prevent unauthorised access to your personal information. See our Privacy notice for more details.  

     

What happens to my old account? 

All users will need to create a new account in the new portal. 

After it’s launch your old account will no longer be accessible, and its data will be deleted from our system over time, in line with GDPR regulations. 

No existing enquiries or applications will be migrated to the new portal. 

What if I haven’t finished my current application? 

If you haven’t completed your current application before the launch, you’ll need to start a new one in the new portal. No data from your current application will be transferred, so we strongly recommend finishing it as soon as possible to avoid any disruption.
