I help existing portfolio customer relationships, and I work alongside them to provide additional growth funding. I find working with business owners, to help them achieve their business goals, to be very rewarding.

Although originally from Aberdeen, I have lived and worked in Wales for 23 years. I joined Development Bank of Wales in June 2023, and I am delighted to be working for an organisation that is focused on helping Welsh businesses maximise their potential.

I have > 35 years' banking experience, and I am MCIBS qualified. Over the past 25 years, my roles have been predominantly focused on managing customer relationships and transacting “change of ownership” corporate finance deals.
