Founders already have enough on their plates, so my role is to help make the journey a little easier.

I work with ambitious entrepreneurs to secure the funding they need, navigate the challenges that come with growth and connect with the right people to help accelerate their ambitions.

Having been both a founder and a venture capitalist, I understand first-hand the realities of building and scaling a business. Throughout my career, I’ve invested across multiple funds and backed businesses that have gone on to become unicorns. Today, my focus is on finding and supporting the next generation of high-growth businesses in Wales, with the ambition of helping to create the first Welsh unicorn.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing squash, getting outdoors or braving a cold sea dip. I’m also an avid podcast listener, always keen to hear new perspectives on venture, technology and business, with the occasional true crime series thrown in.
