Kelly Freeman

I lead the delivery of the Welsh Government-backed scheme supporting investment, sustainability and growth across Wales's agricultural sector.

I have more than 10 years' experience in banking and business finance, with a background spanning relationship management, commercial lending and investment. Previously, I worked as an investment executive at the Development Bank of Wales and previously held a range of commercial banking roles with Lloyds Banking Group.

I hold professional financial services qualifications, including CeFAP and DipFA. Working closely with farmers, Welsh Government and industry stakeholders, I help businesses access the finance they need to invest, adapt and thrive, supporting the long-term sustainability and resilience of the agricultural sector in Wales.
