Liam joined the Development Bank of Wales in 2015 as part of the Welsh Financial Services Graduate Programme. 

He is the Development Bank’s data lead for Economic Intelligence Wales. Liam has worked on businesses cases for over £1 billion of investment funds and has led access to financial services research, investment impact analysis and public policy projects.

Liam holds a degree in International Relations and Modern History from Swansea University and an MSc in Financial Services Management from the University of South Wales.
