Mollie Brodie

She works with colleagues across the business to support effective decision-making, strong risk management and a positive control environment.

Before joining the Development Bank, Mollie built her career in risk assurance and internal audit, specialising in technology, governance and data protection. As a member of our senior management team, she is passionate about managing risk in a practical way that supports innovation and growth.

Outside of work, Mollie is actively involved in netball and has held leadership and coaching roles across community and performance pathways.
