Natalie Tossell

My role is to provide administrative support to our new investment and portfolio teams, who work with a wide range of businesses across Wales.

I am based in the Cardiff office and joined the Development Bank of Wales in August 2024. Prior to this, I worked at a multi-award winning law firm in their residential conveyancing department.

Additionally, I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice and Sociology.
