Sarah Albrighton

I help to support Welsh businesses achieve their goals by helping them access funding they need.

I joined the Development Bank in 2023. I am situated out of the Llanelli and Cardiff offices so I can support a wide variety of business across all sectors in Wales.

Prior to joining the Development Bank of Wales, I worked for HSBC Bank. I have 16 years’ experience in commercial banking where I managed a portfolio of SMEs - with an annual turnover of up to £15m.
