Ashley Jones

Based in our Llanelli offices, I work with businesses across south west Wales.

I joined the Development Bank of Wales after five years in banking. Most recently, I worked for Santander Corporate and Commercial as a relationship manager.

I enjoy working with local businesses, helping them by tailoring funding packages to allow them to realise their goals. It’s extremely rewarding to see businesses in Wales grow and prosper.
