Boni Koneti-Ash

My role entails monitoring our micro loan portfolio, where I liaise with customers daily. I have the responsibilities of ensuring our customer standards are achieved while commercially supporting businesses across Wales. 

I joined Development Bank in 2024, and I work in the Cardiff office. Previously, I worked for the Cooperative Bank. I provided support to retail customers in relation to their banking needs which ranged from overdraft, credit card, online banking and more. 

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in International Finance (B.Com Hons) from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa. I also graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nelson Mandela University.
