My role gives me the opportunity to support local businesses with bespoke funding packages to enable growth, create and safeguard jobs. Having been brought up in north Wales, I understand the challenges and opportunities facing companies in the area.

I am based in our north Wales offices, supporting a wide variety of customers, and I joined Development Bank of Wales in June 2024.

In my previous role, I spent 22 years with NatWest. During this time I mainly worked within business banking as a relationship manager, supporting north Wales businesses across diverse sectors including leisure, general trading, healthcare, agriculture and property.

I hold a degree in Management, Banking and Finance from Bangor University, and completed my Chartered Banker Certificate in Business Banking Practice 1 in 2015.
