My role involves providing micro loans of up to £50k for businesses across Wales.

I joined Development Bank in September 2024, and I am based in our Cardiff office. This gives me the opportunity to support local businesses in south Wales by helping them to access the funding they need, enabling business growth and safeguarding local jobs.

Before working for the Development Bank, I worked as a multi-site store manager for Sainsbury's across South Wales.
