Keith Clements

I work with local residential property developers to deliver much needed new homes to people across Wales. I enjoy watching housing developments grow from planning papers, foundations to completed new homes.

Based in our Wrexham office, I provide support to people who live in north Wales. 

Prior to joining Development Bank, I spent over 20 years in commercial banking providing funding to a variety of businesses. Most recently - I worked for Homes England for five years, providing construction finance to small and medium sized housebuilders.
