Nicola Griffiths

I manage a number of our equity investments, working collaboratively with a wide range of non-executive directors to strengthen ambitious management teams.

With over 25 years’ corporate finance experience, I have worked at board level in the manufacturing, leisure, consumer goods and technology sectors.

I joined the new investments team in 2002, before moving into our portfolio team.

Prior to this, I spent 15 years with Bank of Scotland. Initially focusing on loans, I subsequently advised on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, buy-outs, development capital and turnarounds.
