In my role as manager for the Leaseholder Support Scheme, I lead our case handlers in supporting applicants looking to take part in the scheme, which helps those facing significant financial hardship because of fire safety issues which may be affecting their property.

Since my first days working as a cashier in a high street bank, I have wanted to help people improve their finances and financial outlook – after all, who doesn’t want their money to go further?

I have a long background in making people’s day-to-day dreams come true – be that through buying homes, or advising them on financial products. I have held roles in managing high street branches to leading operational teams, and my experiences have helped shape me into the person I am today.
