I am passionate about the Welsh technology ecosystem and committed to supporting its growth by backing innovative companies and founders. 

I joined Development Bank in 2025, and through my role - I provide strategic investment to help drive innovation and growth in the region.

Prior to joining the Development Bank of Wales, I have gained a broad range of experiences across both advisory services and industry.

I hold a degree in Economics from Aberystwyth University.
