Will Campion

I am leading business improvement within the Development Bank with the aim of enabling the team to work smarter, provide a more efficient service and a better customer experience.

Based in Cardiff, I work with the investment teams and the IT transformation project to review and improve internal business processes and ensure they work for us, the customers and the regulators.

Since completing an engineering degree, I have worked in manufacturing and service industries to drive up efficiency and deliver great customer experiences.

Most recently, I worked for Interserve on their government and defence facilities management contracts across the UK. I have worked with businesses across Wales during my time as a manufacturing advisor.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, and I hold a non-exec directorship of the Awen Cultural Trust. Awen runs the libraries, theatres and a country park in Bridgend County.
