Business overview
Formed in 2018, MKR Property Developments is a South Wales property firm who are responsible for the development of Paisley Business Park.
Based on the outskirts of Merthyr Tydfil, the business park is located on the former ICI works at Pant Industrial Estate. MKR has transformed this brownfield site into commercial and industrial units that will vary in size and scale suitable for a diverse sector business.
Management
Kerry Mullins, Mike Williams & Robert Price, Directors - MKR Property Developments was established by Mike Williams and Kerry Mullin in partnership with Rob Price, Director of the Highfield Property Group.
Kerry and Mike are Directors of engineering and construction company Mikerry Rail, who are labour supply specialists to the rail and construction industry.
Robert has been an independent financial adviser specialising in pensions and investments for high-net-worth individuals for over 20 years and has branched out into property investment.
Funding
Paisley Business Park is the first venture for MKR. With the £4.1 million investment made up of a loan of £1.5 million alongside a grant of £2.6 million from the Development Bank of Wales’ Commercial Property Fund , the disused site will be turned into a dynamic business park of 14 modern factory units, creating new, much needed commercial and industrial space for small and medium-sized businesses and helping to revitalise the urban landscape in the area.
