The Development Bank of Wales has confirmed the promotion of three investment executives.

Navid Falatoori, Ruby Harcombe and Jo Thomas have all been promoted. They all now have responsibility for the identification, negotiation and completion of investment deals.

Navid and Ruby both joined the development bank in 2016 as assistant investment executives. Navid previously worked in the commercial lending sector for the Principality Building Society. Ruby had spent the previous five years with the Royal Bank of Scotland including two years with the corporate structured finance team. Jo joined the development bank in 2005 in a support role, quickly progressing to work in an executive role in 2008, managing a portfolio of SME businesses across the region.”
