Here at the Development Bank of Wales, we believe a diverse workforce is key to achieving growth and brings real benefit to the Welsh economy. We are proud to be the main sponsor of the first Llais Cymru Welsh Women in Business Awards, celebrating the achievements of hundreds of Welsh women in business. This is the first bilingual and national event of its kind in Wales.

The public and the business owners themselves are invited to vote for their favourite female business owners in Wales on the new Llais Cymru website. Voting is open until 30  April.

There are 15 award categories, including the ‘Mum’s Business’ category, which acknowledges mothers juggling businesses with parenting and home schooling.
