Robert Lloyd Griffiths OBE Strategic Adviser, Chair and NED - Highly respected and well-connected leader in the Welsh business community and Chair of the Welsh Government’s Strategic Board overseeing Business Support in Wales.

Alex Butler Partner, Geldards – Experienced corporate solicitor who specialises in acquisitions, MBOs, corporate finance and private equity transactions. Geldards are a national law firm with more than 320 staff supporting a broad range of clients across the UK, Europe and Internationally.

Chris Thomas Co-founder, SME Finance Partners – Experienced Finance Director with a range of experience across both blue chip and SME businesses. Chris is also Chairman at Reel Label Solutions, a Development Bank of Wales portfolio company. SME Finance Partners has a team of Finance Directors who work closely with SMEs to improve business performance and support in Financial Management.

Jonathan Wright Managing Director, Reel Labels Solutions – Jonathan was a founder and sales director of Reel Labels Solutions. Development Bank of Wales supported the shareholder restructure in 2022 with a mix of debt and equity funding, with Jonathan becoming the majority shareholder and managing director. The company are a digital and flexographic label printing specialist, employing 17 staff in Pontyclun, Rhondda Cynon Taf.
