Elen Jones

Financial Director

Elen leads the team providing accounting and support services for the Development Bank of Wales.

Elen-Jones

She joined the organisation in 2011 as a financial accountant, having previously spent six years at News International in London. With a background in audit and transaction services, she trained and qualified with PwC in Cardiff.

Elen holds a degree in Management Science and German from Swansea University and spent a year studying in Austria. She is fluent in both Welsh and German.

A keen runner and cyclist, Elen regularly takes part in the Development Bank of Wales’ fundraising events.
