I support technology-focused start-ups with high growth potential through the provision of equity investments.

I am based in our Cardiff office which enables me to support technology ventures across Wales.

Prior to joining Development Bank of Wales, I worked at the Biology and Biotechnology Research Council (BBSRC). My role was to enhance enterprise and entrepreneurship within the biosciences across the UK, which included supporting university spin-outs through the BBSRC Innovation to Commercialisation of University Research (ICURe) programme.

I hold a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Bath.
