I have worked in retail and business banking for 32 years, with the last seven years spent with a local building society - arranging mortgages for mainly business applicants. Additionally, I hold the CeMap Diploma qualification.

I am based in the Llanelli office, and I work with a portfolio of clients located in south and west Wales, where I provide support, guidance and the highest level of customer service.
