Housing Industry Leaders Cymru 2023

This annual event brings together housing associations, developers, local authorities and the further housing market supply chain to discuss their future aspirations and about how the sector will change in the coming years. This also allows them to plan for ways in which they will support the needs of its future customers.

A major topic of the day will be the Optimised Retrofit Programme (ORP), a one day conference that explores ways in which individuals and businesses can help decarbonise existing homes across Wales. Presenting the objectives and core themes of the ORP will be Rt Hon Mark Drakeford MS, as well as informing about the affordable warmth decarbonisation goals.

The event will also consist of technical seminars, keynote speeches, panel discussions and even an exhibition zone which will run throughout the day. Our very own Cenydd Rowlands from the Development Bank of Wales will also be attending this event to speak.
