Swansea Bay Property Lunch 2022

This event will bring together all businesses and decision makers working in property, construction, and development across the areas of Swansea, Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Neath Port Talbot. Attendees include developers, construction leaders, funders, civic decision makers and property professionals, brought together to talk about what they have recently accomplished as well as what they soon hope to. Therefore, it’s a fantastic opportunity to get an entire overview of this growing regional market and make connections with the people rooted in the industry.

There will also be a special guest attending the event; athlete, adventurer, and TV presenter Lowri Morgan. Morgan will be there to talk about her personal experiences from growing up in South-West Wales to her current ongoing plans. In the past Morgan has dived down to the submerged Titanic, run 350 miles across the arctic and even did an ultramarathon in the jungles of the Amazon. Not only that, but Morgan has also won two awards from BAFTA Cymru, that being of Best Presenter and Best Programme.

The event will take place on November 25, with additional speaker Simon Jones also attending. Jones is the Chief Executive of the Global Centre of Rail Excellence, and he will be speaking about plans to create a modern rail testing facility on the outskirts of Neath Port Talbot.
