I have vast experience within customer service, and I aim to provide the best customer service possible.

Based at our Wrexham head office, I work for the new Leaseholder Support Scheme.

Before my role with the scheme, I worked with the Help to Buy Wales team, supporting customers following completion events such as the selling of their home, re-mortgaging their property, requests for subletting and repaying their loan.

I have more than 10 years of financial experience, having worked as a self-employed financial contractor, specialising in complaints, quality assurance and the protection of vulnerable customers, and I have worked for banks in North Wales, Chester and London.
